2014年8月29日，歐盟委員會非食品類快速預警系統（RAPEX）對中國產LED電源發出消費者警告。本案的通報國為芬蘭。該LED電源的名稱為「Waterproof LED Power Supply」。
該電源包裝於白色紙箱中，電氣詳細參數為以下，輸入電壓：110-260V、50赫茲、0.37～0.26A；輸出電壓：12V、3.7A、45W、lk I、IP67。該產品的款式/型號為12V 45W IP67 / LNM-45，經濟合作與發展組織產業分類碼（OECD Portal Category）為78000000（電器）。
該LED電源的絕緣性能不合格，初級和次級繞組之間的爬電距離不夠。這樣一來，用戶在使用過程中可能會受到電擊。該產品不符合歐盟低電壓指令的要求和相關歐洲標準EN61347。
目前，芬蘭當局已對該產品採取撤出市場和召回的強制措施。
